Honey Garlic Ribs

I found these beautiful racks of ribs one day for sale so I decided to figure out how to make Honey Garlic Ribs. By figure out, I basically just made it up with items I had in the house. We also had a bulk load of honey, so I thought I might as well use it.

Ingredients
2 racks of ribs
2 cups of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1-2 teaspoons of baking powder

Basically I mixed the above ingredients together until they were blended very well together and tossed the ribs in the mixture. Then I put some aluminum foil on a baking sheet and arranged the meat on the pan. Whatever was left of the sauce was poured on top of the ribs.

I baked in in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, turning it every 20 minutes. It works a little bit better, if you can scoop the sauce that dripped to the pan back on top of the meat.
