Bacon now his own blog over at http://baconthedoggers.com. I didn’t want to bombard this blog with dog posts (though there will be some occasionally) so I gave Bacon his own space. There you’ll find random photos of his adventures, fashion and occasional reviews of the doggy world.
Having a new puppy in my life while planning a wedding and working full-time is slightly insane, but I wouldn’t give it up for the world. Here are some random snapshots from his first week so far!
He’s already visibly grown and is getting used to us as his humans:
I love dogs and I really missed having one around. Teddy was our first family dog, but ultimately, he belonged to my sister. He is also slightly too big for an apartment.
So meet Bacon, Nash and I’s new friend. He is a purebred miniature schnauzer who is currently a mini Pacman.
Sorry the blog has been a bit slow! Having a new puppy is almost like having a baby, a bit of a life change. I love Bacon so much already.

Happy Chinese New Year! I’m spending the day with my family and dog. Teddy somehow understands that there are goodies inside red envelopes and he gets his own too.
Here are some random photos of Teddy that I took with my 85mm on my 5D Mark IV. I’m still getting used to the camera but I can’t get over the gorgeous effect I get at f1.2 on a full frame.
Dollarama has a wide variety of pet stuff including some Christmas costumes! Teddy became a reindeer without breaking the bank. The only con is they only have one size but we managed to squeeze both parts through his giant head.

Yesterday was Teddy’s birthday and I’m kind of sad I didn’t get to spend it with him. My parents set me photos of the little party they had though. I’ll be sure to spoil him this weekend!
I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since we first brought him into our lives. I don’t think anything else could’ve changed our family as positively as this little ball of fluff.
How could you be scared of this adorable face? Teddy is trying to get me to open the door.
