When I ordered my Pikachu backpack, Japan LA also sent me a free Pokemon Jumper as part of a promotion. It’s like the comfiest and most random thing, but going to the washroom in one of these is still a mystery.

I finally found a Mini Block Pikachu at Mr Pen.

They tend to have random characters available, so I had to pick up Pikachu! This wasn’t an official Nanoblock, but close enough.

There were tons of extra pieces and straightforward instructions. It was much easier than some of the others I had built.

Moon! Nash has Sun. I am super excited to have not too much planned besides playing the new Pokemon games that take place in a place that looks like Hawaii.
I forgot about making Playdoh Pokemon for a little while but Pokemon Go made me fall in love with the franchise all over again so I’ve been making them again over on my Tumblr. Here are some more of my favourites.
Are you playing Pokemon Go? So am I! I’m on team blue. To start, I chose Pikachu!
So far, this game has encouraged a lot of walking outside despite the hot weather. Gotta catch’em all!

I needed to calm some anxieties down this weekend and I found that building things with instructions and a final product help a lot. This is why colouring doesn’t. It doesn’t really have instructions so I end up thinking too much about it. Anyways, I found this adorable Nanoblock Eevee online!

There were over 130 super tiny pieces.

The instructions had very little words and were a bit hard to follow at first. I found the best way to follow where to put what was to start from the easiest place and match the patterns (sometimes it’s unclear what is pointing to where). Plus I don’t know how anyone with hands bigger than mine would do this as the pieces are so delicately small!

Tada! Here is my hand for size comparison. The good thing is if you lost a piece it includes extras of everything.

I remember when I was a kid, I would go to Burger King or McDonalds, which ever one would have Pokemon toys and try to collect them all. I can’t believe they are back again. I can’t believe such a franchise has been popular across different generation of kids.
The toys are much cooler now! I even received a holographic Pokemon card with it. Kids nowadays get it so much cooler.
I finally opened the Ionix Ash I received via Bunz Trading Zone.
It opens up to 9 pieces sort of like Lego Mini figs, only more like a mini robot.
Behold Ash bot!
As you know, I started making Playdoh Pokemon and posting them on Tumblr as well as Instagram. Here are a few of my favourites so far!
Who’s your favourite Pokemon? I’ll add it in my list of to-dos next!
