Full set of FME day 3 photos are up here. Check out a few of my favourite below.

I helped book this semi-last minute super cool show at The Silver Dollar on Wednesday, September 14th! Come out and dance with us .
I was at Camp Wavelength last weekend and here are a few of my favourite photos from Day 1! Full gallery available on Ride the Tempo.

This month’s Vinyl Me Please edition is a special paint splatter vinyl version of My Morning Jacket’s Z. It also comes with a print of the album cover and a lyric book.
I was also lucky enough to receive the secret 7″ which is a new Amber Mark track. I can’t wait to see what I will get next month!

There was a super sale on Board Game Bliss so I picked up Crossover Crisis, a deck building game by Cryptozoic. It is also compatible with all other Cerebus Engine games that have a similar play style.

This set had characters from a bunch of Cartoon Network shows including Adventure Time, Dexter, Samurai Jack and Johnny Bravo. The point of the game is to collect as many strong cards as you can to gain the most victory points. This is done by strategically buying the cards in the middle of the table.
It was actually a very easy to pick up game and we can’t wait to try it with more people.

I finally saw the new Ghostbusters movie and I thought it was a lot of fun. I stayed away from most movie reviews because they were mostly negative for sexist reasons. I liked the role-reversal and strong female leads.
I found the movie funny and cheesy, which is exactly what the original Ghostbusters was. If you take movies too seriously, you wouldn’t have liked the original movie either. Also does anyone remember 1989’s Ghostbusters II? That movie was legitimately terrible!
My friends and I started playing Dungeons & Dragons recently. I didn’t realize it had so many rules but at the same time also allows for a great deal of imagination.
We did play one night with premade characters but at our last session we made up our own. I am Aarilyn Sweetwater (the last name I read off a can of radler) a High Elf cleric!

I fell in love with these BeoPlay H2 by Bang & Olufsen when I saw them online.

The packaging was beautiful. There were a bunch of cute directions like “Pull me” “Lift Up” etc.

The design of these headphones are so simple and elegant.

I ordered mine in Shaded Rosa. The headphones are decorated with pink cloth accents and come with a pink cord.

The ear pads are made out of a luxurious feeling lamb skin.

They are also decorated with giant L and R so I’ll never forget which side is which.

The headphones adapt to the size of your head as you wear them. I was a bit afraid that my head would be too big (a comment that often comes up in reviews) but I have a gigantic head and don’t feel uncomfortable at all! There’s also an inline remote and volume control that work great on my iPhone and my MacBook Air.

I’m super impressed by the quality of these earphones. The sound is warm and I can hear a lot of detail in the trebles which I find is something that is usually lacking in more bass heavy stuff on the market.
